Prior to Pacific Mount entering the mount board business, most mount board used was either art board or mount board made with a chip board center. Neither board gave a smooth surface for the print to be mounted, thus creating a mounted print with an orange peel look. Pacific Mount is the leader in developing a mount board with a smooth surface and we have been setting the standard to this day.

Because we manufacture our own mount board, we have total control over all aspects of manufacturing and can provide you with custom sizes that fit your needs. We also carry industry standard sizes that fit most professional photographers prints.
